Autoclose Ticket Settings

The Autoclose Settings page allows you to configure tickets to close automatically after a period of inactivity or when the ticket creator leaves the server. You can set custom timing for reminder messages and customize the reminder embed. These settings apply globally to all ticket panels in your server.

Autoclose Behaviour

• Close tickets on User Leave - When enabled, tickets will automatically close when the user who created them leaves the server. Click the Info (i) icon for more details.
• Autoclose System 👑 - Enable the autoclose system to automatically close tickets after a period of inactivity.

Timings 👑

Define the timing for sending reminders and closing tickets after inactivity:

• Send Reminder Message After - Set how long to wait before sending a reminder message:

  • Days
  • Hours
  • Minutes

• Delay Between Reminder and Closure - Set how long to wait after sending the reminder before automatically closing the ticket:

  • Days
  • Hours
  • Minutes

  

Reminder Embed 👑

Customize the reminder embed to notify users about the pending autoclose.

You can customize the following aspects of the embed:

1. Embed Color - Set the color of the embed's left border
2. 👑 Author Icon - Add an icon image next to the author name
3. 👑 Author - Set the name of the author
4. 👑 Author URL - Add a clickable link to the author's name
5. 👑 Thumbnail - Add a small image in the top right corner of the embed
6. Embed Title - Set the main title of the embed
7. Embed Description - Add the main content/description text (Use {remainingTime} to show when the ticket will close)
8. 👑 Large Image - Add a large image at the bottom of the embed
9. 👑 Footer Icon - Add an icon image next to the footer text
10. 👑 Embed Footer - Add text at the bottom of the embed
