Autoclose Ticket Settings

Overview

The Autoclose Ticket Settings allow you to configure tickets to close automatically after a certain period of inactivity or when a user leaves the server.

Autoclose Behavior

Close Tickets on User Leave: Enable this option to automatically close tickets when the user who created them leaves the server.

Define the timing for sending reminders and closing tickets after inactivity:

Send Reminder Message After (example):
- Days: 2
- Hours: 0
- Minutes: 0
Delay Between Reminder and Closure (example):
- Days: 0
- Hours: 2
- Minutes: 0

Reminder Embed

Customize the reminder embed to notify users about the pending autoclose:

Embed Header: Provide a custom header for the embed.
Header URL: Add an optional URL for the header.
Embed Content Example:

“This ticket is set to automatically close {time}, but you have the power to keep it open! 🚀 Respond now to cancel autoclose.”
