What is Tickety Premium?
Premium is a subscription that lifts the free limits on one Discord server and unlocks every gated feature: unlimited ticket panels, far higher autoresponder and form-question limits, images saved in transcripts, custom ticket channel names, advanced verification methods, extended data retention, and all Tickety branding removed. It also comes with private support and an exclusive Discord role, plus optional addons for a fully custom bot and AI automation.
Is Tickety free to use without premium?
Yes. The ticket, application, verification and giveaway systems are all free, including web transcripts, claiming and ratings. Premium lifts the limits on those systems and unlocks the features listed in the comparison above; nothing you set up on the free tier is lost if you never upgrade.
Does one subscription cover all of my servers?
No. A subscription activates premium on the single server you pick at checkout. If you run several communities, each server that should have premium needs its own subscription.
What do the addons cost?
Both addons are optional and are added to a premium plan, either at checkout or later from the dashboard; they cannot be bought on their own. The Custom Bot Addon runs Tickety under your own name and avatar and unlocks the personalizer page for €2.49 a month or €19.99 a year. The AI Addon adds wrong channel detection, duplicate question detection and automatic resolution detection, and includes 5,000 AI credits every month, for €3.99 a month or €44.99 a year.
What payment methods are supported?
We support credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay for all purchases. One-time credit purchases can additionally be paid with iDEAL, Bancontact, BLIK, and MB WAY. Prices are shown in your local currency, and the exact total is confirmed at checkout.
Can I transfer my premium subscription to another server?
Once your subscription is activated, you have the option to transfer it to another server by requesting a transfer through our dedicated support category on our Discord server.
What is the money used for?
The money we get from premium subscriptions goes into different investments to make Tickety better for everyone. We use it for things like ads, research, and keeping everything running smoothly. Our aim is to keep making Tickety even better for you.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Open the dashboard, pick the server the subscription belongs to, and go to its Plans page. The Manage billing button opens the billing portal, where you can update your payment details, download invoices, or cancel. Premium stays active until the end of the period you already paid for. Note that removing the bot from your server does not cancel a subscription.
