Advanced Settings

For people who are experienced with Tickety, there are some advanced options.

  • Overflow Warning - When enabled, sends a message in the ticket if the ticket category is full and an overflow category was used instead.
  • Overflow Failed Warning - When enabled, sends a warning if all overflow categories are also full (or none are configured). In this case, the ticket will be created without a category at the top of your server.
