General Settings
Adjust the basic configurations of the ticket system to match your requirements. To get to the General Settings, click on ‘Configuration’ in the Dashboard and select ‘General Settings’. Below we show you what you can adjust.
Select Menus
Customize the appearance of drop-down menus:
- Select Menu Placeholder: Personalize placeholder text for selecting a topic.

To change the topic name you need a Premium Subscription .
Footer Customization
Add a personal touch to ticket-related messages:

Footer Text: Customize the text for the footer.

Footer Image: Insert your own image for a unique look.

Advanced Settings
For experienced Tickety users, additional options include:

Max Channel Count Warning: Set a limit for the maximum number of ticket channels to avoid overloading the system. Click the Info (i) icon for detailed guidelines on how to configure this setting effectively.

Sync Permissions on Move: Enables synchronization of permissions when moving tickets to a different channel. For more details, refer to the Info (i) icon.
