New Ticket Command
Define the functionality and appearance of the /new command.
The New Ticket Command Settings page allows you to configure the /new command functionality and customize the embed message that appears when users use this command. You can select which panels appear in the selector and enable or disable the command. These settings apply globally to all ticket panels in your server.
Access the Web Dashboard
Open your Tickety Dashboard. Log in using your Discord Account.
Navigate to New Ticket Command Settings

Once logged in, locate and click on the "Configuration" section in the sidebar.

Select "New Ticket Command" from the configuration options.
Command Settings
- Panels On The Selector - Choose which panels should appear in the selector dropdown when users use the
/newcommand. Select multiple panels to give users options. - Ticket Command Enabled - Enable or disable the
/newticket command. When disabled, the command will not be available to users.
New Ticket Command Embed
Customize the new ticket command embed to your needs.
You can customize the following aspects of the embed:
- Embed Color - Set the color of the embed's left border
- 👑 Author Icon - Add an icon image next to the author name
- 👑 Author - Set the name of the author
- 👑 Author URL - Add a clickable link to the author's name
- 👑 Thumbnail - Add a small image in the top right corner of the embed
- Embed Title - Set the main title of the embed
- Embed Description - Add the main content/description text
- 👑 Large Image - Add a large image at the bottom of the embed
- 👑 Footer Icon - Add an icon image next to the footer text
- 👑 Embed Footer - Add text at the bottom of the embed
To customize the aspects labeled with a Crown, you need a Premium Subscription.
