  • Panels On The Selector: Choose which panels should appear on the selector for the /new command.

  • Ticket Command Enabled: Enable or disable the /new ticket command according to your preferences.

  • Embed Header 👑: Adjust the header text to suit your needs.

  • Header URL 👑: Add a URL for additional context or resources.

  • Ticket Category: Select the most relevant category to the subject of your ticket.
