How do I link multiple panels together in one panel message?

Learn how to link panels for streamlined navigation or related ticket processes.

Linking panels allows you to connect multiple ticket panels together, enabling users to navigate between related panels from a single message. This is useful for creating organized ticket systems with multiple categories or related processes.

Access the Web Dashboard

Open your Tickety Dashboard. Log in using your Discord Account.

  1. Once logged in, locate and click on the "Ticket Panels" section in the sidebar.

  2. Select the panel you want to configure linked panels for. Panel Selector

  3. Inside the panel editor, click on the "Embed" tab at the top of the page. Embed Tab

Open the Linked Panels Builder

Click the blue "Link Panels" button in the Linked Panels section. This will open the Linked Panels Builder modal.

The Linked Panels Builder modal displays two columns:

  • Available Panels - Shows all panels that can be linked. Use the search bar to find specific panels.
  • Linked Panels - Shows panels currently linked to this panel (displays as "X / 20 panels").

To link a panel:

  1. Drag a panel from the "Available Panels" column to the "Linked Panels" column.
  2. The panel will be added to your linked panels list.

Reorder Linked Panels

To change the order of linked panels:

  • Drag panels within the "Linked Panels" column to reorder them.
  • The order shown in the builder matches the order they will appear in the dropdown menu.

To remove a linked panel:

  • Drag the panel from the "Linked Panels" column back to the "Available Panels" column.
  • Alternatively, click "Clear all" to remove all linked panels at once.

Save Changes

Click the "Save & Close" button at the bottom right of the modal to save your changes. The linked panels will now appear as a dropdown menu on your panel message.
