Analytics
Read how your tickets, applications, verification, giveaways and welcomer are doing, and look up a single member or staff member.
Analytics is a report, not a settings page. Nothing you press here changes how the bot behaves, so it is safe to hand to anyone you trust with the dashboard.

The six tabs
| Tab | What it covers |
|---|---|
| Tickets | How many tickets you open, claim and close, how fast you reply, and who is doing the work |
| Applications | Submissions, decisions, review time and where applicants came from |
| Verification | Passes, failures and the pass rate |
| Giveaways | Giveaways run, entries and average winners |
| Welcomer | Joins, leaves, and whether your welcome messages arrived |
| AI 👑 | What the AI ticket features did for you |
A tab loads the first time you open it, so the first look at a tab takes a moment. Switching to another server puts you back on Tickets.
Numbers can lag reality by a few minutes. That is normal, and a refresh a little later catches up.
Picking a period
Every tab has a Period switch offering 7d, 14d and 30d, described on the page as "Updates the snapshot and charts below".
- The strip of totals and every chart under it follow the period.
- The four large tiles at the very top are all time. They never move.
- 30 days is the longest window, because the day by day numbers only go back that far.
Each tab remembers its own period while you are on the page.
The Tickets tab
The four all time tiles are All-time Created, All-time Closed, All-time Claimed and Average Rating. Each carries a small chip counting the last 24 hours, so you can see today's movement without changing the period.
The totals strip under the period switch covers the window you picked:
| Total | What it means |
|---|---|
| Opened | Tickets opened in this window |
| Claimed | How many of those opened tickets were claimed, so it is always a share of Opened |
| Closed | Tickets closed in this window |
| Avg Response | How long your team took to send the first staff reply |
| Messages / Day | Messages sent inside tickets, per day |
| Expected Avg Response | What a typical reply time looks like for your team at this point in the week. It reads No data until there is enough history |
Two charts sit below:
- Ticket Flow plots Opened, Claimed and Closed by day.
- Response & Activity plots average response time against message volume, with response time on the left axis and messages on the right.
Most Active Staff
The Tickets tab ends with your five busiest staff members, labelled on the page as "Closes in the selected period, excluding self-closed tickets". Each row shows Closes, Avg Reply and Messages.
Three rules decide who appears:
- Closing your own ticket never counts for you.
- A ticket closed by AI auto resolution is not credited to anyone.
- Message and reply figures come from staff replies, so a member who only opens tickets never shows up.
When nobody qualifies, the list reads No eligible staff closes in this period.
The other tabs

This feature requires a Premium Subscription.

Until you switch the welcomer on, the tab says so and records nothing.
AI 👑

Period totals: AI Share, Human Share, Daily Average and Peak Day.
The tab stays blurred behind a card reading "These analytics require the AI addon" until you have Premium with the AI addon.
This feature requires a Premium Subscription.
When a chart is empty
No data to display yet means nothing happened in that window. Nothing is broken. Widen the period or come back after a busier week.
Staff rankings with /leaderboard
/leaderboard ranks your staff in Discord, so you do not need the dashboard open.
- metric -
Tickets Handled(the default),Messages Sent,Fastest Response TimeorHighest Rated. - timerange - The suggestions are
Last 24 hours,Last 7 days,Last 30 days,Last 3 months,Last 6 monthsandLast year. You can also type your own, such as7d,1moor1y. Leave it empty for all time.
Only you see the reply. It shows ten people per page with Previous and Next buttons, medals on the top three, and each person's other figures in small text under their line. Someone with no data for the metric you picked is left out rather than listed as a zero. When nobody qualifies the reply reads No staff data for this period yet.
The same three rules from Most Active Staff apply: no credit for closing your own ticket, no credit for a ticket AI resolved, and only staff replies count as messages.
/leaderboard needs Discord's Manage Server permission, or a role you switched on for it under Command Permissions. The Admin Role on its own is not enough for this one.
/leaderboard itself is free. One part of it is not:
- Looking back further than 7 days 👑 - Free servers are capped at the last seven days. Ask for longer and Tickety uses seven days anyway and prints
Free servers can only view up to the last 7 days. Upgrade to premium for full history.under the list. Premium servers can pick any range, including all time.
This feature requires a Premium Subscription.
One member's record with /history
/history answers everything one member has done with your tickets and applications.
- user - Whose history to view. Leave it empty for your own.
- timerange - The same suggestions as
/leaderboard, or type your own. Defaults to all time.
Who can run it, in three cases:
- Manage Server or the Admin Role sees every panel.
- A member who holds a support role on some ticket panels sees only those panels, and a member who holds the review role on some application panels sees only those.
- Anyone else gets a missing permissions error.
The reply is private. It opens with headline figures, then a dropdown to pick a category when you can see both, then a dropdown to open any single ticket or application. A record shows the panel, the status, the ID, who created it, how it was closed or reviewed, and the form answers.
A Staff Mode button flips the page. Off, it shows Tickets Created and Applications Submitted. On, it shows Tickets Handled, Applications Handled, Average Rating with a Rating Breakdown, and Average Response Time.
An activity card image arrives a moment after the message, showing which days and hours that person is active. /history is free, and so is the card. Its depth is where premium shows up:
| Free | Premium | |
|---|---|---|
| Activity card window | up to 30 days | up to 90 days |
| Response time trend line | no | yes |
| Rating breakdown on the card | no | yes |
On the free plan Tickety prints the same note itself under the card.
This feature requires a Premium Subscription.
Member profiles with /profile
Anyone can run /profile, and the reply is public.
- user - Whose profile to show. Leave it empty for your own.
The card lists Username, User ID, Account Created, Joined Server and Roles. Only the first five roles are named, then a bold count for the rest.
Two buttons sit under it:
- View Statistics opens a private message with Ticket Statistics, Application Statistics, Giveaway Statistics and Verification Statistics.
- View Avatar gives png, jpg, webp and gif links.
The numbers behind View Statistics are that person's lifetime totals with Tickety across every server they use it in, not counts for your server. Use /history when you want your server's own figures.
Turn on Disable Stats Fields under Settings to grey the View Statistics button out. Pressing it on an older message answers Statistics Disabled.
Where to go next
- Status Board: a live board of open tickets and per panel queues that Tickety keeps up to date in a channel.
- Ticket Ratings: where the Average Rating tile and the
Highest Ratedmetric get their stars. - Ticket Management: open a single ticket, read its transcript or join it from the dashboard.
- Command Permissions: decide which roles can run
/leaderboardand/history. - Settings: the admin role, log channel and the Disable Stats Fields switch.
