AI Credits

Credits pay for Tickety's AI features, any server can buy them, and purchased credits never expire.

AI credits are the balance Tickety spends when one of its AI features runs. Every server has a credit balance, premium or not, and every server can top it up.

Credits and the AI Addon are two different things. Credits pay for the work. The add-on unlocks the three AI features that are gated behind Premium, and hands the server 5,000 credits every month on top.

Access the Web Dashboard

Open your Tickety Dashboard. Log in using your Discord Account.

Pick your server, click Premium & AI in the sidebar, then scroll to AI Credits.

Your balance

The AI Credits section shows four tiles:

  • Total left - everything you can still spend right now.
  • Monthly left - what remains of this month's included credits.
  • Purchased left - what remains of the packs you bought.
  • Next reset - the day the monthly credits refill. It reads No addon until the AI Addon is active.

The two pools behave differently:

Buying credits

Any server can buy credits. You do not need Premium, and you do not need the AI Addon.

  • Use the stepper next to Purchase credits, or click the amount and type it. Typed amounts are rounded to the nearest 1,000.
  • Credits are sold per 1,000. The smallest purchase is 5,000 credits and the largest single purchase is 200,000.
  • The button shows the total for the amount you picked, in your own currency. The exact figure is confirmed at checkout.
  • One-time credit purchases accept credit card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay, plus iDEAL, Bancontact, BLIK and MB WAY.

Your balance updates on the page as soon as the purchase goes through.

What spends credits

Anything in Tickety that reads what a member wrote and decides something from it spends credits when it runs:

FeatureWhere you turn it onNeeds
FAQ Deflectiona ticket panel's AI tabcredits
Automatic Ticket Prioritya ticket panel's AI tabcredits
Wrong Panel Suggestiona ticket panel's AI tabcredits
AI Summary of a closed ticketTicket Management, on a closed ticketcredits
Reading text in images, the OCR Trigger Detection optionan automation's triggercredits
Wrong Channel Detection 👑Tickets > Configuration > AI Ticket FeaturesPremium and the AI Addon, plus credits
Duplicate Question Detection 👑Tickets > Configuration > AI Ticket FeaturesPremium and the AI Addon, plus credits
Auto Resolution Detection 👑Tickets > Configuration > AI Ticket FeaturesPremium and the AI Addon, plus credits

Turning a feature on does not spend anything by itself. Credits only go when the feature actually runs, so a panel with FAQ deflection on costs nothing until someone opens a ticket through it.

The AI Addon 👑

The AI Addon is bought on Premium & AI under Addons, on top of a premium plan. It cannot be bought on its own. It gives the server two things:

  • Wrong Channel Detection, Duplicate Question Detection and Auto Resolution Detection 👑, which are unavailable without it.
  • 5,000 AI credits every month 👑, which reset each billing cycle and do not roll over.

Removing the add-on stops those three features and stops the monthly credits. Credits you bought yourself are unaffected.

👑

This feature requires a Premium Subscription.

Budgeting

The 5,000 credits included with the AI Addon each month cover normal use for most servers. Buy a pack on top if you run a busy server, if you have several ticket panels with the AI tab switched on, or if your staff generate a summary on every closed ticket.

Because purchased credits never expire, a single larger pack is a safe way to keep a buffer behind the monthly allowance.

When you run out

Nothing breaks. The AI step is skipped and the normal behaviour takes over:

  • A ticket is created the ordinary way, with no FAQ answer, no panel suggestion and no automatic priority.
  • Generate Summary on a closed ticket reports that there are no credits left.
  • The detection features stop reacting until the balance is topped up or the monthly credits reset.

If a feature is doing nothing and you expected it to fire, check Total left first, then check the feature is enabled and that the member does not hold an ignored role. The full checklist is on AI Ticket Features.
