General Settings
Adjust the general settings of the application system to meet your needs.
The General Settings page allows you to configure core application system behaviors, including command cooldowns, automatic actions, and default reason messages. These settings apply globally to all application panels in your server.
Access the Web Dashboard
Open your Tickety Dashboard. Log in using your Discord Account.
Navigate to General Settings

Once logged in, locate and click on the "Configuration" section in the sidebar under the APPLICATIONS category.

Select "General Settings" from the configuration options.
Commands Cooldown
Adjust the delay between executing application commands (in seconds).

Cooldown Time - Set the cooldown period in seconds that users must wait between executing application commands. This helps prevent spam and abuse of the application system.
Automatic Actions

Deny applications on User Leave - When enabled, applications will automatically be denied if the user who submitted the application leaves the server.
Reason Messages
Customize the default reason messages used when accepting or denying applications.

Default Accept Reason - Set the default message that will be used when accepting an application.

Default Deny Reason - Set the default message that will be used when denying an application.
