Verification

The Verification page allows you to set up a verification system to protect your server from bots and malicious users. Configure verification methods, punishment settings, role management, verification messages, and logging. These settings apply globally to your server's verification system.

General Settings

Configure the verification module to your needs.

Verification Method - Choose how users will verify:

• Web Verification - Verification through a web browser

• Discord Captcha 👑 - Interact via Captcha with Bungie (premium feature)

• Click to Pass - Simple click to pass verification

  

Minimum Account Age - When enabled, requires accounts to be a minimum age before they can verify.

Avatar Required - When enabled, users must have a custom avatar set to verify.

Punishment Settings

Configure what Tickety should do when a user fails to verify within the grace period.

Punishments - Enable or disable the punishment system. When enabled, users who fail to verify within the grace period will be punished.

Grace Period - Set how long users have to verify before punishment is applied.

Punishment Action - Choose what happens when a user fails to verify:

• Kick - Kick the user from the server
• Ban - Ban the user from the server
• Role Actions - Add or remove roles from the unverified user

Reason - Set a custom reason for the punishment

Role Management

Configure role management on server join and verification.

• Unverified Roles - Select roles to assign to users who have not yet verified

• Verified Roles - Select roles to assign to users after they successfully verify

  

Verification Message

Customize the verification panel embed that users will see.

Verification Embed

Modify the verification panel embed to your needs.

You can customize the following aspects of the embed:

1. Embed Color - Set the color of the embed's left border
2. 👑 Author Icon - Add an icon image next to the author name
3. 👑 Author - Set the name of the author
4. 👑 Author URL - Add a clickable link to the author's name
5. 👑 Thumbnail - Add a small image in the top right corner of the embed
6. Embed Title - Set the main title of the embed
7. Embed Description - Add the main content/description text
8. 👑 Large Image - Add a large image at the bottom of the embed
9. 👑 Footer Icon - Add an icon image next to the footer text
10. 👑 Embed Footer - Add text at the bottom of the embed

Verification Button

Customize the verification button that appears on the embed:

Label - Set the text that appears on the button

Button Style - Choose the button appearance:

• Blue
• Grey
• Green
• Red

FAQ Configuration

Configure FAQ panel integration for the verification system.

• FAQ Panel - Select a FAQ panel to link with the verification system. This allows users to access FAQ information during the verification process.

  

Success Message

Modify the message shown after successful verification.

Success Embed

Customize the success embed to your needs.

You can customize the following aspects of the embed:

1. Embed Color - Set the color of the embed's left border

Commands Cooldown

Adjust the delay between executing verification commands (in seconds).

• Cooldown Time - Set how long users must wait between executing verification commands (in seconds). This helps prevent spam and abuse.

  

Logging

Set up a log channel for verification events.

• Log Channel - Select a channel where verification events will be logged. This includes successful verifications, failed verifications, and other verification-related activities.
