Free and Premium limits
Every cap on the free tier next to what Premium gives you, and what changes on the day premium ends.
Tickety works on every server without paying. Premium lifts the caps below and turns on the features that are off by default.
Nothing you configure is ever deleted. If premium ends, your panels, forms, automations and messages all stay exactly as you left them, the premium parts simply stop applying until premium comes back.

Storing an automation is always allowed. On free, only the first 10 actually run, so disable the ones you are not using. The full field list is on the automations reference.

Application cooldowns follow the same 1 hour and 7 day rule as tickets, and inactivity notifications are premium on applications too.

A longer range typed into /leaderboard on a free server is quietly cut back to 7 days rather than refused.

If Tickety is removed, everything is deleted after about two weeks, or after about two months for a server that has ever had premium. Re-inviting Tickety before that point stops the clock.
What happens when premium ends
Your configuration is kept in full. What changes is what Tickety does with it:
- Panels that use a premium feature stop working for members and answer with a Premium Panel message. Create a new panel or renew premium to bring them back.
- Ticket and application cooldowns above one hour are treated as one hour.
- Custom embed footers and footer icons revert to
Tickety | Tickety.top. - Only the first 10 automations fire again. The rest stay saved and disabled.
- Premium only toggles such as autoclose, close requests, inactivity notifications and transcript images stop running.
- A custom bot stops, and the Tickety labelled bot takes over again.
- Your existing tickets, transcripts, applications and logs are untouched.
Bringing premium back turns all of it on again with the settings you already had.
