Free vs Premium
What every server gets for free, what Premium adds on top, and what the optional add-ons are.
Tickety is free to use. Tickets, applications, verification, giveaways, welcome messages, web transcripts, claiming and ratings all work without paying.
Premium is for the servers that outgrow the free limits. It is bought for one server and lifts the caps on that server, unlocks every feature marked with a crown in the dashboard, and takes Tickety's branding off your messages.
What Premium adds
- No panel limits. Free servers get 25 ticket panels, 5 application panels and 5 FAQ panels. Premium has no cap.
- Every automation runs. Free servers run their first 10 automations. Premium runs all of them, with more buttons, options and poll answers.
- Bigger forms. 5 questions on a ticket form instead of 3, and 25 on an application instead of 15, with image uploads and answer checks.
- Ticket tools that save staff time. Autoclose, staff reminders, close requests, custom channel names, images in transcripts and cooldowns up to 7 days.
- Stronger verification and fairer giveaways. Discord Captcha, Click to Pass, VPN and country blocking, vote entries, more boosted roles and prize claim rules.
- Your branding, not ours. Your own footer and icon on every message, uploaded images, and your server's emojis on buttons.
- More insight. The full staff leaderboard, 90 days of activity on
/history, and unlimited HTTP Events. - Perks for you. Private support and a Premium role in the Tickety support server.

Add-ons
Add-ons are optional extras with their own price. They are not included in Premium: you add them to a Premium plan at checkout or later from the billing portal, and they cannot be bought without one.
Custom Bot
Run Tickety under your own bot, with your own name, avatar and status. Unlocks the Personalizer page.
AI Addon
Wrong channel detection, duplicate question detection and auto resolution, plus 5,000 AI credits every month.
You do not need either add-on for AI features that run on credits. Every server can buy AI credits, with or without Premium.
If Premium ends
Nothing is deleted. Every setting stays saved and comes back the moment Premium does. While the server is on free:
- The free limits apply again, so only the first 10 automations run and cooldowns stop at 1 hour.
- Premium features such as autoclose and transcript images stop running.
- Messages show the Tickety footer again.
- Panels that use a premium feature answer members with a Premium Panel message.
- Add-ons stop too, so a custom bot hands back to Tickety.
Your tickets, transcripts, applications and logs are never touched.
