Server Not Listed
If your Discord server is not appearing in the dashboard, please follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve this issue.
Step 1: Verify Permissions
Ensure you have Administrator access (not just a role named “Admin”) or the Manage Server permission on the Discord server.
Step 2: Enable Multi-factor Authentication (MFA/2FA)
Some Discord servers enforce two-factor authentication as a security requirement. Verify that you have enabled 2FA in your Discord account settings by navigating to My Account → Enable Two-Factor Auth.
If your server is still not appearing after completing the above steps, please follow these additional instructions:
Step 1: Log Out of the Dashboard
Sign out of the Tickety dashboard completely.
Step 2: Close the website & wait 15 minutes for a Cache Refresh
Allow approximately 15 minutes for the server list cache to refresh. During this time, avoid accessing the dashboard.
Step 3: Log Back In
After the waiting period, log back into the dashboard and verify that your server appears in the server list.
