Server Issues

Server Not Appearing? Follow These Steps to Resolve the Issue:

Step 1: Check Permissions

Ensure you have Administrator access (not just a role named “Admin”) or the Manage Server permission.

Step 2: Refresh Your Session

After verifying your permissions, log out and log back in to the dashboard.

Step 3: Verify Tickety & Custom Bot

Make sure Tickety is in your server, even if you are using a custom bot. If your custom bot is not working, Tickety will still be able to fetch data.

Step 4: Clear Your Browser Cache

This helps remove any potential conflicts that might be causing the issue.

Step 5: Still not working?

The cache may not be completely cleared. Please wait 10-15 minutes and try again!
