Why is my server is not listed on the Dashboard?

If your Discord server is not appearing in the dashboard, please follow the troubleshooting steps below to resolve this issue.

If your Discord server is not appearing in the Tickety dashboard, this is typically due to permission issues or cache problems. This guide provides step-by-step troubleshooting to help you resolve the issue and get your server listed properly.

Verify Permissions

Ensure you have Administrator access (not just a role named "Admin") or the Manage Server permission on the Discord server.

Enable Multi-factor Authentication (MFA/2FA)

Some Discord servers enforce two-factor authentication as a security requirement. Verify that you have enabled 2FA in your Discord account settings by navigating to My Account → Enable Two-Factor Auth.

If your server is still not appearing after completing the above steps, please follow these additional instructions:

Log Out of the Dashboard

Sign out of the Tickety dashboard completely.

Close the website & wait 15 minutes for a Cache Refresh

Allow approximately 15 minutes for the server list cache to refresh. During this time, avoid accessing the dashboard.

Log Back In

After the waiting period, log back into the dashboard and verify that your server appears in the server list.
