The Productivity Update: 16 Languages, Application Links and AI That Reads Your Tickets

Nine new languages, shareable application links that work for ban appeals, AI that summarises a ticket and asks its own follow up questions, inactivity pings, and autoresponders grown into automations.

Our last update was barely two weeks ago, and this one is already here. It is about getting work done faster, in more languages, with less clicking. Tickety now speaks 16 languages, applications can be filled in from a browser link, AI reads a ticket and tells your team what to do about it, and autoresponders have grown into full automations.

Tickety in nine more languages

Tickety is now available in 16 languages. Joining English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Czech, Polish and Turkish are:

  • German
  • Hindi
  • Chinese
  • Brazilian Portuguese
  • Japanese
  • Italian
  • Korean
  • Vietnamese
  • Indonesian

Set your server's language once and every message the bot sends follows it, from ticket welcomes to error messages. If your community is not English speaking, your support no longer has to be.

Every application panel can now publish a link. Share it anywhere and somebody can fill the form in from their browser, with no button to press in Discord and no need to be in your server at all.

That last part is what makes it useful for ban appeals. Somebody who has been removed cannot press a button in a channel they can no longer see, but a link still works. Submissions arrive in the same review queue as every other application, with the same questions and the same reviewers.

Ticket Resolve

Long tickets are slow to pick up. Somebody explains their problem across fifteen messages, then a second staff member joins and has to read all of it before they can help.

Ticket Resolve reads the whole conversation and gives you two things: what the ticket is actually about, and what to do next. It is the difference between scrolling a ticket and being handed it.

AI that asks follow up questions

The AI intake used to accept whatever it was given. "It is broken" would go into the ticket exactly like that, and a member of your team had to start the conversation over with the obvious questions.

Now it probes on its own. If an answer is too thin to act on, it asks for the missing part before the ticket ever reaches your team, so what lands in the channel is a real description instead of a one liner.

Inactivity notifications

The problem with a busy queue is not the tickets you are working on, it is the ones nobody noticed. Tickety can now ping you when a ticket or an application has sat too long without a reply, so nothing goes quiet for a week without somebody hearing about it.

Autoresponders are now Automations

An autoresponder answered a keyword with a message. An automation keeps every one of those triggers and does far more than reply: it can act on the message, on the member, and on the ticket the conversation is happening in, several steps at a time and in the order you choose.

Everything you already had keeps working. What changes is the ceiling on what you can build with it.

Reminders you can actually manage

The reminder command now shows a full overview of everything you have scheduled, and reminders can be edited after you make them. Setting the wrong time no longer means deleting one and starting again.

Cross type panels

A panel used to be a ticket panel or an application panel. Now one message can carry both, so a single "Get help" post can offer "Open a support ticket" next to "Apply for staff" instead of splitting your members across two messages and hoping they pick the right one.

Statistics for every module

Statistics used to mean ticket statistics. They now cover every module, so the numbers you get for tickets are the same ones you get for the rest of what your server runs on Tickety.

Smaller changes worth knowing

  • Request a ticket or an application. Two new commands let you DM a member a request to open a ticket or start an application, so your team can begin the conversation rather than waiting for it.
  • Welcomer milestones. Celebrate your 1,000th or 10,000th member with a milestone message instead of letting the number pass unnoticed.
  • Per question time limits. Put a time limit on an individual application question rather than on the whole form, for the one question you do not want somebody researching.

How to get it

There is nothing to install and nothing to migrate. Everything above is already live on every server running Tickety, and your existing panels, tickets and settings keep working exactly as they did.

If Tickety is not on your server yet, add it here, follow our setup guide, and read the documentation for a deeper look at every module.

Frequently asked questions

What languages does Tickety support?

Sixteen. English, Spanish, French, Arabic, Czech, Polish and Turkish were already there, and this update adds German, Hindi, Chinese, Brazilian Portuguese, Japanese, Italian, Korean, Vietnamese and Indonesian. You set the language once for your server and every message the bot sends follows it.

Can somebody fill in a Tickety application without joining my server?

Yes. Every application panel can publish a link that opens the form in a browser. That is what makes it work for ban appeals, since somebody who has been removed cannot press a button in a channel they can no longer see. Submissions land in the same review queue as every other application.

What does Ticket Resolve do?

It reads the whole ticket and tells you what it is about and what to do next, so a second staff member picking up a long conversation does not have to scroll it from the beginning.

Do my existing autoresponders still work?

Yes. Autoresponders became automations, and every trigger you already had keeps working. What changed is that the response is no longer limited to a message.
