Close Ticket Settings
Customize the message sent when a ticket is closed and configure additional close-related settings.
The Close Settings page allows you to customize the embed message sent when tickets are closed, configure close behavior settings, and configure a rating system. These settings apply globally to all ticket panels in your server.
Access the Web Dashboard
Open your Tickety Dashboard, then sign in with your Discord account.
Navigate to Close Settings

Once logged in, locate and click on the "Configuration" section in the sidebar.

Select "Close Settings" from the configuration options.
Close Embed
Customize the close embed to your needs.
You can customize the following aspects of the embed:
- Embed Color - Set the color of the embed's left border
- 👑 Author Icon - Add an icon image next to the author name
- 👑 Author - Set the name of the author
- 👑 Author URL - Add a clickable link to the author's name
- 👑 Thumbnail - Add a small image in the top right corner of the embed
- Embed Title - Set the main title of the embed
- Embed Description - Add the main content/description text
- 👑 Large Image - Add a large image at the bottom of the embed
- 👑 Footer Icon - Add an icon image next to the footer text
- 👑 Embed Footer - Add text at the bottom of the embed
To customize the aspects labeled with a Crown, you need a Premium Subscription.
DM User on Close
- Show Transcript Button - When enabled, users receive a transcript button in their DM after a ticket is closed, allowing them to access a copy of the ticket conversation.
Close Settings
- Default Close Reason - Set a predefined reason that will be used when closing tickets.
- Require Reason to Close - When enabled, users must provide a reason before closing a ticket.
- Confirm Close Check - When enabled, adds a confirmation step to prevent accidental ticket closures.
Rating System
- Rating System - Enable or disable the rating feature for closed tickets.
- Rating Log Channel - Select a channel where ticket ratings will be logged. Click the Info (i) icon for more details.
Rating Embed
Customize the rating embed to your needs.
You can customize the following aspects of the embed:
- Embed Color - Set the color of the embed's left border
