To start, let’s go to the ‘Configuration’ and then ‘Close Settings’ page.

Customize the message sent when a ticket is closed.

Personalize the embed message displayed upon closing a ticket:

Embed Header 👑: Adjust the header text.
Header URL 👑: Add a link to the header for additional context.
Embed Title : Adjust the embed title.
Message Content: Example message: “{username}, your ticket has been closed in the {guild_name} Discord! Reason: {reason}. Closed by: {closer}.”

Message User on Close: Enable/Disable a direct message to the user when their ticket is closed.
Transcript Button: Allow or do not allow users to download a transcript of their ticket.

Set a predefined reason for closing tickets, making the process more efficient.

Force users to provide a reason before closing a ticket.

Add a confirmation step to avoid accidental ticket closures.

Enable a rating feature for closed tickets:

Rating Channel: Select a channel to store ticket ratings, e.g., logs.
Enable Rating: Activate the rating system to collect feedback on ticket resolutions.
