An Introduction to our Dashboard

With Tickety now being added to the Discord Server, let us take a few moments to explore the Dashboard .
Our dashboard has been designed and laid out in such a manner to keep things quick, simple and easy to learn.

A sidebar menu is visible on the left, with different functions that are split into 3 main sections;

  • Tickety - This section contains links that configures general settings, plan purchasing, personalizer and automated responders.
  • Tickets - This is the section that controls the ticketing system of the Tickety bot.
  • Applications - This is the section that controls the application system of the Tickety bot.

You can learn more about each section’s offerings using the tabs below.

Section Tabs

Overview

Basic info and statistics on the ticketing system in your server, which shows number of tickets created and closed- along with renamed and claimed tickets (in the last 24 hours, or lifetime).

Plans

You can make a purchase to any one of our competitive plans for 👑 Premium.
If you like to customize the bot with Personalizer, please ensure to select Custom Bot during checkout as this is a seperate item.

Personalizer 👑

If you have purchased the Custom Bot addon alongside with your premium subscription, this is where you would use the Bot Token in order to use your own custom bot.
We strongly recommend you to read our guide on setting up the Personalizer which can be found here.
