Tickety

Overview

Basic info and statistics on the ticketing system in your server, which shows number of tickets created and closed- along with renamed and claimed tickets (in the last 24 hours, or lifetime).

Plans

You can make a purchase to any one of our competitive plans for 👑 Premium.
If you like to customize the bot with Personalizer, please ensure to select Custom Bot during checkout as this is a seperate item.

Personalizer 👑

If you have purchased the Custom Bot addon alongside with your premium subscription, this is where you would use the Bot Token in order to use your own custom bot.
We strongly recommend you to read our guide on setting up the Personalizer which can be found here.

These are the general settings for the Tickety bot which have been covered on the Getting Started page.

Tickets

Configuration

Here is where you can configure everything about the ticketing system within Tickety, which is sub-divided into the following 5 categories.

• General Settings: Customize the default drop-down menu placeholder text, or the footer text here!
• Close Settings: Adjust ticket closing mechanics here, such as DM’ing a user upon closing of ticket, transcripts or requiring a reason to close.
• Ticket Command: Embed message & style and panel selector for which panels can be opened with the /new command.
• Autoclose Settings: Set your untouched, idle tickets to be closed automatically after last message, or when the user leaves.
• Request Close Command: Customize the ticket closure request embed here!

Ticket Panels

This is where your created ticket panels are located, inside each of which can be configured and stylized to your liking!

Ticket Logs

This is where all of the ticket transcripts are located for each panel you have them enabled on.

This section is also split into two sub-categories.

• General Settings: Edit your Accept and Deny application reasons here.
• Application Command: Select your created application panels to allow with the /new command, and personalize the embed message to your liking!

Application Panels

This is where your created Application Panels are located, inside each of which can be configured and stylized to your liking!

Autoresponders

Auto Responders

You can configure Tickety to reply automatically based on the trigger-words configured.

Example of trigger words : How old are you
Autoresponder Reply : Please avoid asking for personal information.
By default, the bot is set with an 85% match rating based on the trigger words.
