Blacklist a user from creating tickets in your server.

/configuratorA simpler way to configure the Tickety bot, like languages, logging channels or your ticket panels etc.
This command configuration may not contain all settings as presented on the dashboard.
/dashboardGet a link to the Tickety Web Dashboard.
/debugTool for identifying and fixing standard errors.
Example: Bot permissions, channel permissions etc.
/helpSupport information on the Tickety bot with links to guides and support server.
/inviteInvite the Tickety bot into another server with this command.
/language15+ languages availableChange Tickety’s language with this command.
/newBrings up a private message (only visible to you) to choose a topic in a dropdown menu that a user wishes to open a ticket.
This needs to be defined in the Dashboard under Tickets > Configuration > Ticket Command
/purgeamountPurges the number of messages in current text channel upon executing the command.
/quicksetupSet up the Tickety bot quickly within 1 minute if it has not been setup before.
/resetCompletely reset the Tickety bot in your server.
This will NOT remove Premium.
/sendapplicationSend an application panel that you have created in the dashboard into the current text channel by choosing one from the dropdown menu after executing this command.
/sendpanelSend a ticket panel that you have created in the dashboard into the current text channel by choosing from the dropdown menu after executing this command.
/serverinfoView general information about the server. Member count, Premium status, Custom Bot status and ticket statistics.
/staffhistoryuserperiodView a staff member’s ticket handling count, user feedback ratings and average response time.
/supportGet an invite link to Tickety’s Support Server.
/ticket adduserAdd a user to the current ticket channel.
/ticket claimClaim the current ticket.
/ticket closereasonClose the open ticket. Reason for closing the ticket is optional.
/ticket infoGet information about the ticket. Unique ticket ID, ticket panel, ticket creation time and ticket requestor.
/ticket moveMove the ticket into a different category in the Discord server.
/ticket notesCreates a thread in ticket channel for note-taking.
⚠️ This thread will not be saved once the ticket is closed.
/ticket prioritypriorityChange the ticket priority state from Low, Medium and High.
/ticket removeRemove a user from the current ticket.
/ticket renamenameRename the current ticket to a different name.
/ticket requestclosereason timeoutRequest to close the ticket to the ticket creator. Reason is optional, and timeout refers to closing the ticket automatically after set number of minutes.
