/configurator | A simpler way to configure the Tickety bot, like languages, logging channels or your ticket panels etc. This command configuration may not contain all settings as presented on the dashboard. | ||
/dashboard | Get a link to the Tickety Web Dashboard. | ||
/debug | Tool for identifying and fixing standard errors. Example: Bot permissions, channel permissions etc. | ||
/help | Support information on the Tickety bot with links to guides and support server. | ||
/invite | Invite the Tickety bot into another server with this command. | ||
/language | 15+ languages available | Change Tickety’s language with this command. | |

/purge | amount | Purges the number of messages in current text channel upon executing the command. | |
/quicksetup | Set up the Tickety bot quickly within 1 minute if it has not been setup before. | ||
/reset | Completely reset the Tickety bot in your server. This will NOT remove Premium. | ||
/sendapplication | Send an application panel that you have created in the dashboard into the current text channel by choosing one from the dropdown menu after executing this command. | ||
/sendpanel | Send a ticket panel that you have created in the dashboard into the current text channel by choosing from the dropdown menu after executing this command. | ||
/serverinfo | View general information about the server. Member count, Premium status, Custom Bot status and ticket statistics. | ||
/staffhistory | user | period | View a staff member’s ticket handling count, user feedback ratings and average response time. |
/support | Get an invite link to Tickety’s Support Server. | ||
/ticket add | user | Add a user to the current ticket channel. | |
/ticket claim | Claim the current ticket. | ||
/ticket close | reason | Close the open ticket. Reason for closing the ticket is optional. | |
/ticket info | Get information about the ticket. Unique ticket ID, ticket panel, ticket creation time and ticket requestor. | ||
/ticket move | Move the ticket into a different category in the Discord server. | ||
/ticket notes | Creates a thread in ticket channel for note-taking. ⚠️ This thread will not be saved once the ticket is closed. | ||
/ticket priority | priority | Change the ticket priority state from Low, Medium and High. | |
/ticket remove | Remove a user from the current ticket. | ||
/ticket rename | name | Rename the current ticket to a different name. | |
/ticket requestclose | reason timeout | Request to close the ticket to the ticket creator. Reason is optional, and timeout refers to closing the ticket automatically after set number of minutes. | |
