Disable ping in Welcome Message

To disable pings in the welcome message for Tickety, follow these steps

Step 1: Access the Web Dashboard

Open your Tickety Dashboard . Log in using your Discord Account.

Step 2: Navigate to the Settings

  1. Once logged in, locate and click on the “Ticket Panels” section in the sidebar.
  2. You’ll see a list of existing ticket panels. Select the panel you want to edit.
  3. Look for the “Welcome Message” settings.

Step 3: Edit the Welcome Message

  1. In the “Welcome Message” settings, you will see the current welcome message.

  1. Remove any mentions (e.g., Support Roles, Admin Role, or specific role mentions) from the welcome message text.

Step 4: Save Changes

After editing the welcome message to remove pings, scroll down and click the “Save” button to apply the changes.

Additional Tips

Test: It’s always a good idea to test your new setup by opening a new ticket to ensure the welcome message no longer contains pings

Customization: You can further customize the welcome message to include placeholders or other text formatting options.
