Create an Autoresponder
Overview
The Create an Autoresponder feature allows you to automate responses to specific triggers, improving efficiency and streamlining communication within your server.
Autoresponder Settings
Trigger
Define the exact phrase or question that will activate the autoresponder. For example:
- Trigger Example: āHow can I become a moderator?ā
Trigger Match Percentage
Set the percentage of similarity required for the autoresponder to activate.
Ignored Channels
Select channels where the autoresponder should not reply.
Reply Behavior
Reply Only in Tickets
Enable this option to ensure the autoresponder only responds within ticket channels.
Delete Trigger Message
Automatically delete the message that triggered the autoresponder.
Admin Role Only
Restrict the use of the autoresponder to users with an admin role.
Autoresponder Reply
Customize the Reply
Personalize the reply message to fit your needs:
- Normal Reply: Plain text message.
- Embed Reply: Structured response using an embed.

Additional Features
Automatically Delete Response
Set a timer to delete the autoresponderās reply after a specific duration. Set to 0 for disabled.
