* Input: `{replace(o,i):welcome to the server}` → `welcime ti the server`
* Input: `{replace(1,6):{args}}` (if `{args}` is `1637812`) → `6637862`
* Input: `{replace(, ):Test}` → `T e s t`

## Notes [#notes]

* The parameter is split on the first comma into `find` and `replacement`.
* Empty `find` will insert the replacement between characters.
* Use this parser for simple character or substring replacements inside placeholders.
